The Milky Way rises majestically in the sky of the Cevennes, classified International Reserve of Starry Skies (RICE) since 2018. Our Galaxy, accompanied by Jupiter on the horizon on the left of the image, reveals its stars and nebulae with the mill of the Borie on the Causse Mejean in Lozere. Dating from the 17th century, it was restored in 2007 and produces the Mejean Flour with the farmers and bakers of the region.
