The mill of Borie is located in the heart of the Causse Mejean in Lozere. Dating from the 17th century, it was restored in 2007 and produces the Mejean Flour with the farmers and bakers of the region. The sky is very pure on the Causse, as proven by this one-hour star trail that reveals a large number of stars around the Earth's axis of rotation.
