At the Aravis pass, the cows of Sandra and Pierre Angelloz's mountain pasture are resting during this beautiful night of August 15th. At 4am precisely, while I immortalize them with the Milky Way on the side of the summer triangle, a meteor disintegrates in the atmosphere. The fireball ends its race in an intense flash, practically in the direction of the star Vega of the constellation of Lyra.
