Comet C/2020 F3 Neowise, discovered on March 27, 2020, passed closest to the Sun on July 3. It rises here on Lake Annecy on July 8, 2020, accompanied by magnificent noctilucent clouds, located at an average altitude of 80 km. Rare at these latitudes, these clouds are lit by the Sun while the night is still very present.
