Few are the pure skies in our cities, allowing us to guess the Milky Way with the naked eye despite the light pollution. This was the case on that autumn evening on Lake Annecy, with the delicate presence of our Galaxy rising above the lake city. Note the bright presence of the planet Jupiter on the horizon.
