Tribute to Thomas Pesquet - Opus 15
Passage of the ISS with Thomas Pesquet over Lake Annecy on Friday, March 17, 2017.
On March 17 at exactly 4:52 am, the International Space Station emerged from the shadow of the Earth. After a passage above the Dents de Lanfon, it disappeared behind the limestone cliffs of Lanfonnet. The gibbous moon illuminates Duingt Castle in the foreground, seen from the pier on which I stand.
